Our studio is a welcoming place where you can relax, quiet your mind, and be fully present. A warm and inviting place that facilitates the journey inward. In our lounge, you will always find delicious tea, filtered water, and a collection of reading material on yoga and wellness to delight and inspire you.
One Yoga is open 15 minutes prior to class. For a full schedule, click here. We have a staff member at the front desk Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
We are fortunate to have space to display the work of local artists in our lounge area. Each exhibit shows for approximately six weeks. Please take time to relax and enjoy! 10% of each art purchase goes to our Outreach Fund.
The practice of yoga is not only a gift of healing for yourself, it is also a way to develop community and to support others. Being mindful of the impact your choices have on those around you is a beautiful way to care for your fellow yogis. The following guidelines will support an environment that inspires tranquility and wellness:
Be on time. Arriving at least 10 minutes before class will allow you enough time to get settled. It shows respect for your teacher and your fellow students.
Remove your shoes immediately upon entering the building.
No cellphone use in the building. Please ensure you phones are turned all the way off before entering.
Be respectful of those who are practicing and keep conversation at a low volume. Conversation within the studio should be kept to a minimum.
Avoid using perfumes and other products with fragrance.
Please take steps to prevent body odor during your practice. Showering before practice can be a big help.
Don’t skip savasana. It is an important part of your practice. If you must leave early, let the teacher know before class and they will cue you to start savasana early.
