		<description>It seems that really so much boils down to the mind itself...how is the mind reacting or rather, interacting with its environment both external and internal? Ultimately it seems that for me there really is only the internal experience and it is to that where the plan or thought occur. Yoga, in its varied forms, seems to attempt to prepare us for this deeper link with a more balanced and skilled way of life...

I&#039;ve done News fasting but not a total Multimedia retreat - i feel challenged and all the more reason to try it!  Even if its for a day or two. You are a great author. Thanks for this article.
