The prac­tice of yoga allows us to tap into our truest rhythm by con­nect­ing breath, aware­ness and move­ment. By calm­ing the mind we awaken to the present and cre­ate space for fresh insights to emerge.

Angela encour­ages stu­dents to bring curios­ity and cre­ativ­ity to their yoga prac­tice. Through play­ful sequenc­ing and music she cre­ates a wel­com­ing and sup­port­ive envi­ron­ment for peo­ple to explore their edges.  She teaches vinyasa (infused with wisdom from the Ashtanga and Iyengar tradition), gentle yoga and prenatal yoga.

Angela is grate­ful to the many teach­ers that she has encoun­tered on her yoga and life jour­ney. Some include Richard Freeman, Rod Stryker, William Prot­tengeier, Mark Nun­berg and Sarah Longacre.
