The practice of yoga allows us to tap into our truest rhythm by connecting breath, awareness and movement. By calming the mind we awaken to the present and create space for fresh insights to emerge.
Angela encourages students to bring curiosity and creativity to their yoga practice. Through playful sequencing and music she creates a welcoming and supportive environment for people to explore their edges. She teaches vinyasa (infused with wisdom from the Ashtanga and Iyengar tradition), gentle yoga and prenatal yoga.
