Community Practice + Chai
Relax. Rejuvenate. Restore. Around this time of year there is increased pressure to give more to others than yourself. This can manifest in many different ways physically, mentally, and emotionally. Self-care is of the utmost importance. What is better to give yourself than time for self-care?
We would like to invite you to participate in an all-levels practice to move the body, breathe, release. The practice will close with a soothing guided relaxation. Following the practice we will have time to be in community with others, share food (potluck-style), and hold space for anything that may arise. One Yoga will provide free chai for you to sip on in this welcoming community environment.
This is a donation-based event.
