Free Beginner Yoga in the Park

In this Intro to Yoga class, you will learn and practice a variety of foundational yoga poses that can enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being. A regular yoga practice is known to improve mental clarity, increase muscular strength, provide a sense of connection to self and community. Come and experience for yourself what yoga can do for you!
