Living Yoga in Challenging Times


Amidst these times of crisis and transformation, it is easy (though not particularly helpful) to feel overwhelmed and helpless. Though our modern circumstances are unique, humans have been searching for lasting freedom and fulfillment in a changing world since time immemorial. Yoga is the synthesis of this search. Its timeless teachings have been refined over millennia and have much to teach us about how to:

  • Use challenging situations as opportunities for learning, healing, and awakening

  • Lessen suffering for ourselves and other beings

  • Establish balance and equanimity in a changing world

  • Live in alignment with our true, interconnected nature (Dharma)

This 90 minutes satsang will integrate teachings, self-reflection, and a short practice. It is offered in the spirit of dana, or generosity. Donations are appreciated to support the teachings, and all are welcome.
