Nov 5: Yoga for Anxiety and Depression

It is not unusual for people to develop a case of the "blues” and increased anxiety as the seasons change. This is particularly true for those of us who experience the deep, dark winters of Minnesota. Though this workshop is not designed to diagnose or treat mental illness, students will learn how yoga supports improved mental health. At its foundation, this workshop is about connection. Connect to the individual student's body/mind, the teacher, and the other students in class. We will use movement, breathwork, journaling, and discussion to this end. Please join us for a 2-hour introductory yoga for anxiety and depression workshop for improved mental health and wellbeing. Namaste.

FORMAT: This is an in-person workshop taking place in the studio at One Yoga, 2637 27th Ave S, #207, Minneapolis, MN 55406. Online pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Please email any questions about your online account or the workshop to

PRICING: This workshop is priced on a sliding scale to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you.
