Satsang: Overcoming Fear
Sat-sang, literally “gathering around what is true,” is an essential part of the yoga tradition. Satsang is a time for the community to be together: to receive teachings and stories, ask questions of an experienced teacher, and build community with those of like mind and heart.
Ben Vincent is excited to offer a monthly satsang and share from his experience of yoga in support of our community. In the beginning of 2021, we will focus on working skillfully with the challenging emotions of fear, anger, sadness, and shame. Satsangs may include dharma talk, q + a, short practices including movement, meditation, self-reflection, chanting, and more. All are welcome.
