Summer Solstice 108 Sun Salutations
Join Chance York for 108 Sun Salutations on the Summer Solstice outdoors in Mueller Park from 1:00-3:00pm.
The sacred practice of 108 Sun Salutations is often performed on days that represent new beginnings because of the number's Astronomical and Ayurvedic significance. Intended to build Prana, release blocked emotions, and surprise the practitioners with their own capabilities, 108 Sun Salutations is a ritual that all yogis should experience at least once.
