Yogic Wellness: Attention & Memory Weekend Workshop

These are simple yet powerful systems of practices that activate the joints, muscles, and energy system. Within the human system, the energy flows along 70,000 pathways called nadis. These practices activate this energy and create an instant sense of alertness and liveliness.

When your mind has lost its calm in a disturbed state, it can be hard to recollect what you have recorded. But when your mind is calm and alert it behaves like a well-cataloged library–you can more easily find what you are looking for. The same is true for concentration–when you are in a relaxed state of mind, it is easy to concentrate and be involved. These practices are designed and based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, and it brings great ease to the whole system.
