Prenatal Yoga: A 4-Week Series

This yoga series is designed to support, nourish, and empower you on your pregnancy journey. It will be a blend of postures, breath, relaxation, and meditation, with the intention that they can be incorporated into any practice.

We will explore the following themes over the course of our time together:

  • Stability: supporting the physical body and mind through the many changes

  • Strength: practices to uplift, energize, and build vitality of body, mind, and heart

  • Surrender: creating space to soften, be supported, and find deep relaxation

  • Connection: practices to honor the deep knowing that resides within and to connect with the little one(s) growing within

9:30-10:45am


FORMAT: This is a live stream workshop on Zoom. There will be a 60 minute practice followed by 15 minutes of personal reflection and group check-in. Online pre-registration is required. You will receive the Zoom link one hour prior to the start of the workshop. Please email any questions about your online account or the workshop to info@one-yoga.org.


PRICING: This workshop is priced on a sliding scale ($50-$120) to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you
