Yogic Spring Cleanse
Spring is a time of rejuvenation and rebirth. In the traditions of Yoga and Ayurveda, Spring is considered one of the best times to cleanse the body, mind, and heart. After living through a year of Covid and all the changes in our world, we can all benefit from deeper purification and rejuvenation. Give yourself the gift of clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of well-being this Spring by joining Ben & Angela for a 2-3 week guided cleanse April 17- May 1.
The Spring Cleanse will include:
A structured 2-3 week cleanse, including dietary, lifestyle, and yogic/ayurvedic cleansing and self-care practices.
Two livestream workshops (4/17 + 5/1) consisting of a lecture, holistic yoga practices, and discussion. If you’re not able to attend the workshops live, you can still participate through workshop recordings.
1 group check-in with time for Q&A.

Audio & Video Recordings to support your home practice: 2 practices/week, 1 meditation and 1 guided relaxation/week.
DATES: April 17 + May 1, 1:00-3:30pm
FORMAT: This is a live stream workshop on Zoom. Online pre-registration is required. You will receive the Zoom link one hour prior to the start of the workshop. Please email any questions about your online account or the workshop to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRICING: This workshop is priced on a sliding scale ($125-$200) to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you.
