One Yoga Covid-19 Protocols and Policies for In-Person Classes and Workshops
Update: Beginning January 1, 2022, all students will need to show proof of Covid-19 booster shot to attend indoor in-person classes and workshops with One Yoga.
All students will be required to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination to attend indoor in-person classes and workshops at the studio. Students will only need to show proof once, prior to their first class. All students will also be required to sign an updated studio waiver. Students will only need to sign this waiver once. Please email a photo of your vaccination card to email@example.com prior to your first class.
All One Yoga staff and instructors teaching in-person indoor classes have been fully vaccinated.
Students who have not received a Covid-19 vaccine are encouraged to take a live stream class with us at home.
Masks are currently required for everyone at the front desk prior to being on your mat. You may remove your mask for practice once you are settled on your mat.
Mats and Props:
Students will be asked to bring their own mats and props to class. We will not be providing mats and props at this time.
All indoor in-person classes and workshops in the studio will have a limited capacity to ensure proper social distancing of 6 feet within the space.
One Yoga commits to optimizing air quality to the greatest extent possible, by opening windows when the climate allows and running a HEPA air purifier during all in-studio classes and workshops.
Student and Instructor Health:
Instructors will not be in physical contact with students, except with explicit consent from students. Please continue to vigilantly wash hands. Please use the hand sanitizer provided at the front desk. Please stay home if you or someone in your household is feeling sick, presenting any Covid-19 symptoms, or has recently tested positive for Covid-19.
In the event the class instructor or someone in their household is experiencing symptoms or has tested positive, a substitute instructor will be secured or the class will be canceled.
Pre-registration for all indoor in-person classes and workshops will be required. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of class for check-in.
Registration and cancelation policies for in-person classes and workshops:
Online pre-registration with payment is required for all in-person One Yoga classes, workshops, and other events
If you cancel more than 24 hours prior to the class or workshop, you will retain your payment in the form of a One Yoga studio credit associated with your account
Studio credits do not expire
No credits are given for cancelations less than 24 hours prior to the in-person class or workshop
If a class or workshop is canceled by One Yoga, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund
If you or someone you’ve recently been in contact with tests positive for Covid-19, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. One Yoga will send a notice to everyone who attended class with the individual who tested positive (the individual’s identity will remain anonymous).
