For a long time, David sought to quiet his mind and find peace through ways that were ultimately self-destructive. When he discovered yoga, he learned there were healthy means to achieve the same ends. Through yoga he found answers to many of his unresolved questions, and acquired tools to "live the questions'' (in the spirit of Rainer Maria Rilke) when answers might not be immediately forthcoming. At One Yoga, he’s found a community that helps him bring this practical wisdom into his daily life and gives mutual encouragement to those who wish to do the same.
