We caught up with Kelly to see what she's been up to during #StayAtHomeMN.
"Spending time outdoors on these warming spring days has been so wonderful after a deeply restful night’s sleep. Now more than ever my ritual around sleep has been very satisfying. A warm shower or bath in the evening, watching the sunset, cutting out screen time an hour before bed, gentle yoga, sipping lavender chamomile tea, and a foot massage are the little things I look forward to at the end of each day. No matter what time I go to sleep I’m making sure I’m up and getting out of bed at the same time every day. Sometimes life feels chaotic and full of changes, really focusing on creating the conditions for optimal sleep including a ritual around going to bed and waking up feels so refreshing."
Kelly teaches virtual Yin & Yoga Nidra on Thursdays at 7:30pm.
