Energetic Self-Care Practice
Intentionally organize, protect, and contain your personal energy in a way that makes you feel present, open, grounded, and heart-centered. This practice pulls from yoga energy work, energy healing modalities, shamanic practices, and even occupational therapy–deep and practical wisdom and guidance. Simple, gentle movements and breathing techniques, accessible to any body, will collect your energy into a sustainable state so that you don't give out what you don't want to and so that you do walk this Earth with peace in every step.
This workshop is priced on a sliding scale to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you ($30-$125).
