Longtime One Yoga Kundalini instructor Liz Campos is embarking on an exciting new adventure! She is moving to California to be among family and the refreshing ocean air. We will miss her deeply in our community and wish her the best of luck in this new chapter! Liz’s final class at One Yoga will be Sunday, October 2 at 11:30am. You can attend this class in-person in the studio or virtually online. Come practice and wish Liz well!
