As the days get darker, we are providing more opportunities to tune inward and embrace the calm, still energy this fall season has to offer.
Friday 6pm Vinyasa, Chanting, and Restorative w/ James Vinyasa and Restorative yoga begins and ends with restorative postures, breathing practices, and meditation. In between, the class follows a vinyasa flow with sequencing and breath work specifically designed to deepen the restorative effects.
NEW Beginning Nov 7: Sunday 8:45pm Yoga for Sleep w/ Nichole Sleep can be elusive and Sunday night can be particularly restless. Prepare for a restful night sleep with gentle movement, restorative supported postures and a yoga nidra guided meditation.
Tuesday 7:30pm Yin Yoga w/ Paula Yin Yoga induces a deeper state of flexibility and awareness through sustained holds, allowing muscles to relax, energy to flow more freely in the body, and the mind to settle.
NEW Beginning Nov 7: Sunday 7:30pm Candlelight Flow w/ Shira Candlelight Flow helps release the stresses of your day through conscious breathing, gentle flowing sequences and stretching. At the end of practice, your body is relaxed and your mind is clear.
