Intro to Isha Hatha Yoga


Isha Hatha Yoga is a classical form of yoga taught as a science and technology of inner growth and wellbeing instead of an exercise form. This is a holistic process of naturally achieving mastery over the body and mind, so that you can effortlessly come to the state of health, joy, and bliss. The programs offered here are an extensive exploration of the ancient science of yoga in its purest form which is largely absent in the world today. The practices are taught in a very committed environment with deep understanding of the mechanics of the body and uses yogic postures or asanas to enable the system to sustain higher dimensions of energy.


Classes are designed to gradually introduce students to yoga practices through verbal instruction and demonstrations. We also feature informative videos that provide intellectual insight into the processes taking place. Many students comment on the depth of their experience as a direct result of this inward oriented teaching methodology.


This offering is priced on a sliding scale to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you ($5-$50).
