This gentle session invites caregivers to release tension, embrace stillness, and rejuvenate the mind and body. Through supported poses and mindful breathing, participants discover profound relaxation, fostering resilience and self-care. Tailored for caregivers' unique needs, this class provides a peaceful haven to replenish energy and promote overall well-being. Join us in a compassionate space where restoration becomes a gift to those who generously give care to others. Allow the soothing practice to renew your spirit, enhancing balance and vitality for the journey ahead.

This session is for anyone who identifies as a caregiver: whether that’s professionally, personally, or informally. You could be a caregiver to children, parents, siblings, or animals. You could care for someone of any age or ability. You could be a conservator, guardian, neighbor, adult child, chaplain, clergy member, healthcare worker, teacher, mental health professional, social worker, AHRMS worker, foster parent or etc. Basically, if you are at all responsible for someone else’s well-being, this is for you.
