Pranayam, Chanting, and Guided Meditation
Saturday, June 24, 6:00-8:00pm
During this workshop you will learn a simple yet powerful Pranayam called Nadi Shuddhi, Nada Yoga (mantra) followed by Guided Meditation.
“Prana” means “the vital energy” and “yama” means to gain control over that. So, it is a subtle process through which one can gain control over their inner energies.
“Nada” means sound. Today, modern science sees the whole existence as a vibration. Where there is vibration, there is bound to be a sound. So in yoga, we say the whole existence is just a sound. A Mantra is a mathematically organized sound pattern that has deep impact in the system.

Yogic Wellness: Asanas and Yoga Namaskar Weekend Workshop
Saturday, July 22, 3:00-5:30pn + Sunday, July 23, 3:00-5:30pm
Asanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, thereby becoming in sync with the existence and naturally achieving a chemistry of healthfulness, joyfulness, blissfulness, and above all, balance. In an untrained state, the human body is a constant manifestation of various levels of compulsiveness. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.
Yoga Namaskar is a very simple and complete process by itself that nurtures the physical, psychological, and energy dimensions of a human being. The simple action of bringing our two hands together is a way of creating harmony to the entire system.
Benefits:
Brings balance and stability to the system
Strengthens lower back muscles
Decelerates of the aging process
Evolution of body and mind towards a higher possibility
Relief from chronic health conditions
"If you consciously hold an asana, it can alter the way you think, feel, and experience life. This is what Hatha Yoga can do."- Sadhguru
