If you've taken Sofia's Friday Gentle Flow class, then you know she already teaches in the Soma Yoga style. Now we're making it official!
Soma Yoga is a blend of classic yoga, therapeutics, and Somatics. It is like a moving meditation for your body, mind, and soul. With gentle, slow, and small movements, Soma Yoga relieves aches and tension from muscles, brings ease to your mind, and reconnects you to your body. Soma Yoga is perfect for all body sizes and abilities, and is particularly safe for those in chronic or long-term pain. Release stress on layers and leave class feeling more supple and free!
This will be a bilingual class taught in both English and Spanish. Attend class in-person in the studio or livestream from home. All are welcome!
