3/24/24 Update: This workshop has been cancelled.

Join us for a revitalizing Full Moon Sound Bath beginning with a 30-minute open intention setting session, a space designed for your creativity to flourish. Immerse yourself in a calming environment, allowing freedom for creation, journaling, gentle stretching, and savoring refreshing tea or water. Following this, indulge in a soul-soothing 40-minute session where the gentle rhythm of breath becomes a massage for your body, mind, and soul. Let the harmonious sounds settle during 10 minutes of tranquil silence, allowing for deeper reflection and processing. Come experience a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation and be open to the sounds of the gong, Tibetan singing bowls, tongue drum, sansula, chimes, buffalo drum, shakers, and handpan surrounding you.

Sound baths are an ancient concept, also known as sound meditation or sound healing. Sound healing can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, create a deep sense of wellbeing, and promote healing that goes well beyond simple relaxation.
