Moving, Breathing, and Writing Through Grief
Care for your body with gentle movement and breathwork followed by a period of writing from a prompt focused on an aspect of grief.
This workshop series of four 90-minute sessions is facilitated by Dallas Rising, a yoga instructor who specializes in somatic grief work. Participants should plan to have a yoga mat or blanket, a journal or notebook, and a pen. This experience will be best suited for people who are grieving the death of a loved one, though it doesn’t matter if the loss is recent or not.
FORMAT: This is a live stream workshop on Zoom. Online pre-registration is required. You will receive the Zoom link one hour prior to the start of the workshop. Please email any questions about your online account or the workshop to firstname.lastname@example.org.
PRICING: This workshop is priced on a sliding scale to support folks who would like to attend but may not have the financial means to do so. Choose an amount that feels right for you ($50-$200).
