We are excited to announce a new partnership between One Yoga and Avalon School, a tuition-free public charter school for students in grades 6-12 located in the St. Anthony Park neighborhood of St. Paul.
Beginning this week, One Yoga's nathaniel gonzalez will teach two virtual yoga classes per week to Avalon School students.
These classes will provide the opportunity for students to explore yoga and mindfulness and learn how these practices can support inner-calm and enhance self-awareness. The Avalon community looks forward to getting started with yoga, especially as we continue to deal with ongoing stresses related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
