Join us during this season of gratitude and giving as we celebrate community with a special class at One Yoga led by Julia Andrighetti on Give to the Max Day, November 16, 7:00-9:30pm in-person at the studio or virtually from anywhere.
This special class offering will incorporate slow-flowing vinyasa as we connect with our breath and build some heat in the body before settling into some longer-held restorative postures for integration and relaxation. Just as trees use this autumn season of transition to fortify their energy for sustaining, growth, and expansion, we too can explore building capacity in ourselves and our community during this special day of giving.
This class is part of a fundraiser for One Yoga on Give to the Max Day, Minnesota's annual day of giving, and is priced on a sliding scale. Your registration fee will go towards One Yoga's goal of raising $3,000 on Give to the Max Day to support organizational capacity building.
