Stress is a natural part of human evolution that gives us energy to respond to challenging situations. When we’re balanced, it naturally subsides. When we’re imbalanced, it can become chronic, adversely affecting our lives and causing many health issues (including anxiety) which are epidemic today. In many ways, stress defines the modern human condition. Yoga sees anxiety as the call to change a life that is out of balance. While living with stress and anxiety may feel overwhelming, you are not powerless against it.

-Holistic strategies for responding skillfully to stress and anxiety
-Specific yoga postures and sequences to calm anxiety and support well-being
-Essential breathing practices to calm the mind and sympathetic nervous system
-Guided relaxation and meditation techniques to balance the nervous system
-Ayurvedic dietary and lifestyle recommendations for supporting balance
