The holiday season is upon us and there seem to be many reasons to celebrate or to not celebrate. Regardless of where you fall on this spectrum, connecting to a true sense of gratitude for yourself and others can be very influential to your well-being and bring more light to your day.
Before you gather with friends and family or spend the time alone, I invite you to join me in a yoga practice centered on gratitude, eat delicious treats, and sip some chai. There will be gluten free and vegan options! There is no requirement to bring a treat to swap. - James Orione
