The Fall Equinox reminds us that balance means exchange, and our lungs are the engine of exchange in the human body. Lungs exchange the vital airs of the body, prompt the pacing of organic functions, and dance between the conscious and subconscious patterning of our nervous system.
Over a 90-minute period, we'll discuss the significance of the lungs during the Fall season, explore gentle manipulations to deepen the breath, and leverage props to experience restorative shapes that support the function of your breath. Give your lungs some love to find Fall fulfillment!
