Thanksgiving Day Class Schedule
The holiday season is upon us and many of us will be celebrating differently this year. Regardless of your plans, connecting to a true sense of gratitude for yourself and others can be influential to your well being and bring more light to your day.
In addition to our regular Thursday 7am Vinyasa class with Amanda, 10:30am Gentle class with Shira, and 7:30pm Yin & Yoga Nidra class with Kelly, James will be offering a donation-based Gratitude Vinyasa to the One Yoga community at 12pm on Thanksgiving Day. Vinyasa yoga is a rhythmic practice that energizes the body and quiets the mind by using conscious breath to flow dynamically from posture to posture through a variety of transitional movements. This is an all-levels class and everyone is welcome.
