With the Chauvin trial officially beginning this week, we want to hold space for folx during this time for open conversation, breathing, and discussion to process the proceedings from the week.
James will be holding space for 30 minutes prior to his 6pm Friday Vinyasa, Chanting, and Restorative class beginning this week on April 2, and each week until the conclusion of the trial. Feel free to join just for the conversation or stay for the class. This discussion and class are donation-based.
