This month we are highlighting our awesome work-study volunteer Libby Sullivan!
“‘When the moon is made steady, the sun is set to rise.’
I volunteer at One Yoga because I believe in the power of community. The One Yoga sangha is dedicated to diversity and inclusion. This encourages all to commit to their practice via the many offerings at the studio. It is a community vibrant with radical compassion!
I have a therapy dog. She is a 16-month-old Fox Red British Labrador Retriever. Her name is Orange Blossom Stevie Flower! We call her Stevie in honor of the character on Schitt’s Creek. She is funny and exuberant. When she isn’t doing therapy training she likes to eat sticks.
We trained at Canine Inspired Change (https://canineinspiredchange.org). We are new to the work so we have done just two visits to the Ramsey County JDC. We hope to add more visits to our schedule this summer. Fun fact! Last summer she attended One Yoga at Mill City Farmers Market enjoying Ben and Chance’s classes!”
If you see Libby at the studio, be sure to say hello!
