Join Kai Adams for Yoga for Queer Folx! This is a monthly class held on the third Monday of every month.


Join us for a 45-minute, straight-free, all-levels gentle flow yoga practice. Bring your whole queer self; lean in, be you, and breathe free! Stick around after class for a tea time social. Relax, release, reboot!
