Dec 15: Restorative Sound Bath

A photo of sound bowls surrounding a fireplace with the text Restorative Sound Bath.

During this restorative sound bath, a sonic space will be offered for you to cocoon into your own safe place where healing on many different layers may occur. Since sound vibrations have such a profound affect on our nervous system, healing frequencies can be a carriage to recognizing negative thought patterns, unexpressed emotions, slowing down thoughts, loosening tense muscles, thus creating a space to open up (or opening inward) to a deeper sense of relaxation and total body release. It is our sound bath practitioner Kari’s heartfelt desire for all who show up to leave with an elevated stillness that stays with them.

Kari will focus on creating a safe environment for participants to relax and release physical and mental stressors, negative thoughts, physical pain. Her desire is to honor stillness as self-care by welcoming and encouraging participants to pause from life’s busywork and show up for themselves. Less “doing” and more “being” amongst others who are wanting the same.
