Gratitude Yoga & Dessert Swap
The holiday season is upon us and there seem to be many reasons to celebrate or to not celebrate. Regardless of where you fall on this spectrum, connecting to a true sense of gratitude for yourself and others can be very influential to your well-being and bring more light to your day.
Before you gather with friends and family or spend the time alone this Thanksgiving Day, we invite you to join us for a yoga practice centered on gratitude, to eat delicious treats, and sip some chai. There will be gluten free and vegan options! There is no requirement to bring a treat to swap.
This workshop is offered in the spirit of dana, or generosity. Donations are welcome.
