Through the techniques of Hatha Yoga, and the eight limbs of the Yoga Sutras comes faith that all is connected. Where goes the breath, so goes the mind. As we find our physical foundation on the mat we find practical mental foundations. Practices of observance and our real experiences help us hold these spaces. The quicker we realize we aren't "there", the easier we remember the way back to that space. We are no longer controlled by our thought patterns because we have determination to investigate them and be free from them. We begin, and we continue.
"Kill therefore with the sword of wisdom the doubt born of ignorance that lies in the heart. Be one in self-harmony in Yoga and arise great warrior, arise." Bhagavad Gita
