With over 15 years of experience in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition of yoga, Lynn brings a wealth of experience to her Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga teaching. Her sensitivity towards students and the obstacles that yoga practice present help her students use their practice as a tool for personal growth and self acceptance. After practicing various forms of yoga Lynn landed at her first ashtanga class and was immediately hooked. “I see the practice as a container for exploration of the self and something that is fluid rather than linear; as our lives change so must our practice, but we must be consistent so that yoga becomes an integral part of our lives not something we just do.” With adept verbal cuing, hands on adjustments and gentle encouragement, Lynn assists her students in overcoming obstacles and finding release in their                                                                              yoga practice.

“The most influential teachers in my life are the ones that teach in a way that is encouraging, joyous and gentle.” These teachers include but are not limited to, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, Tim Feldmann, Manju Jois, Matthew Sweeney, Larry Schultz and David Swenson.

“I’m honored to be teaching at One Yoga.  The students are excited that we are a not-for-profit studio, and extending our hand to the community by offering affordable yoga and outreach.  They are also grateful for the many teaching styles offered.  Students here are curious, open minded and full of energy!”
