The first meeting of the Yoga Studies Weekend Program is Friday, January 27 through Sunday, January 29, 2017. The Weekend Program meets one weekend every month from January through September 2017. The program schedule and dates are listed below:

The ancient yogis experienced being human as composed of 5 Koshas (layers/sheaths) which encompass the Atman (True-Self). As part of the Self-Transformation process, we will explore the specific teachings and practices of each of these layers – designed to help us realize our fullest capacities and to minimize and overcome the limitations of each Kosha.

Paid in full by January 20, 2017 Early Registration Discount: $2500. Paid In full by January 1, 2017 Yoga Teacher Discount: $2300. Paid in full by January 1, 2017 For teachers who have completed a 200-Hour yoga teacher training and are currently teaching two or more classes/week.
