Studio Director
Claire Leslie Johnson has been working for Twin Cities area nonprofits since 2007. She has a Master’s in Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and experience in nonprofit management, administration, community organizing, and human rights advocacy. Prior to working at One Yoga she served as Coordinator of Outreach Programs for the University of Minnesota Human Rights Program and Coordinator for the Midwest Coalition for Human Rights, a network of 56 nonprofits throughout the Midwest region.
Claire is deeply committed to breaking down the social structures and norms that perpetuate inequality. She is devoted to One Yoga’s mission of making yoga accessible to all and believes in yoga as a tool for individual and community-level healing. A long-time student of One Yoga, she is honored to join the leadership team and further the mission of One Yoga in our community.
Development Director
Tricia Sletten has a diverse interdisciplinary background including communications, marketing, non-profit management and development, the arts and holistic health. Trained in the Kripalu Yoga tradition, she is a 2009 graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Massachusetts. In addition to her Ayurveda and Yoga studies, she has a Bachelors of Arts in English from Minnesota State University Moorhead and a four-year certificate in printmaking from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia.
She most recently served as Communications Manager for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association, and co-founded and managed a successful yoga studio in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities. In addition to her communications and development work, Tricia sees clients in her private practice, Pure Land Ayurveda, located in Minneapolis.
