Angela Vincent
Angela is a yoga instructor, birth doula and social worker.
Through creative sequencing and attention to breath, Angela creates a safe space for students to explore their edges and listen deeply. She teaches vinyasa (infused with wisdom from the Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions), gentle yoga and prenatal yoga. Her classes are infused with compassion, simplicity and spirit. Angela's teaching always honors her many teachers and mentors. She finished her 1st 200 hour teacher training at It’s Yoga in San Francisco in 2005. She has also completed Richard Freeman’s month long Teacher’s Intensive. She has also been inspired by her month-long journeys to Burma and India. Angela is inspired also by the prenatal / postnatal training received with both Sarah Longacre and De West. She continues to study regularly with Rod Stryker and William Prottengeier. Angela splits her time teaching yoga, attending births, traveling colorful places and creating beauty through art, music, movement & gardening. She is committed to a lifetime of learning and practice. For more information about Angela visit www.vincentyoga.com. |
