Our Mission
One Yoga offers health and well-being through the practices of yoga, specifically inclusive of people who traditionally lack access.
In the Community
We strive to eliminate the financial and physical barriers to a healthy yoga practice. Our Outreach program partners with organizations, businesses, and communities, calling on a select group of certified yoga instructors who offer yoga to people who have been historically under-served. We offer classes for people with disabilities, or for those who are experiencing trauma, illness, abuse, addiction, or spiritual crises.
