Tricia Sletten

Tricia Sletten is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Educator and Certified Yoga Instructor (E-RYT) with 13 years of teaching experience and more than 17 years of Yoga practice and study.

Ayurveda teaches that within each of us is an inexhaustible well of creativity, energy and abundance that can in turn inspire us to live fuller, richer lives while also contributing to the world around us. This sentiment informs all of Tricia’s classes as she guides her students to explore the inherent strength and flexibility of the body through disciplined awareness of the breath.

In addition to teaching yoga and working with clients in her practice, Pure Land Ayurveda, Tricia teaches at the Minneapolis Community & Technical College and is the Office Administrator for the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

"Yoga happens in every class, in every posture. But your real yoga happens in the world, in the way you make decisions and nurture relationships, and in the way you perceive the world. Take the mat with you into the moment-to-moment world!"
